Can you run cod4 on a dummy terminal w/ w7 server edition ?

starting up a gaming caffee and was wondering if you could run cod4 or any other fpps using w7 server and running the machines on dummy terminals, ?

and if so hwo many dummy termanils can be supported of a p4 ht 8g ram server ?
