Can't Attach/Download Photos in Browser

HP desktop, Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit)

Lately, I've noticed that when I try to download photos from Yahoo Mail
(Firefox 12), nothing happens. No pop-up confirming download, and photos
aren't where they are designated to go (Downloads folder). Amazingly, I
also logged into my e-mail account with both Internet Explorer 9 and Chrome
18, with the same problem! I am also unable to attach photos to a new
message using all 3 browsers. The attach process either times out, or the
file shows up in RED as not attached.

I have a current version of Norton Internet Security and there are no
viruses. I have also ran CCleaner to clean out cookies and temporary
Internet files. This is really perplexing and I'm hoping to get some
direction on what else could be going on.

If it used to work, and the problem exists in multiple browsers, you
have to consider the possibility the problem is at Yahoo.

If you think it might be Norton, disable it temporarily and see if it
works. :-)
