Can't access C Drive due to input error

Hi,
I was trying to root my HTC Evo, but it wouldn't let me save to the C drive because I didn't have the permission to do so...I read some articles and decided on this one to fix the problem..

Well, it didn't quite work like I thought and my computer would not load windows. I did a system recovery and Now it loads, but now I can't access my C drive, can't access folders, when I right click on properties, it says the C drive has no space and actually doesn't even look like it exists. I am so stupid trying this and need your help getting me out of my own mess.

Log into Safe Mode and give permission to C drive.
