Hello everyone, the problem I'm having is that when I try to access safe mode (any of the three different safe-modes) in windows 7 (64bit), right after the drivers finish loading, num lock blinks, the screen goes black, the monitor goes into sleep mode, and nothing happens, just a black screen.
The CPU LED keeps blinking for a couple of minutes, when it stops I press enter and the CPU blinks again, but there is nothing on the screen at all.
Something weird is that I can run Windows 7 in normal mode perfectly.
Also, using msconfig does absolutely nothing, as I chose to run in safe mode but the PC seems to ignore this and just go ahead and run windows in normal mode. Anything I change there in the boot section does not alter anything.
What could be happening?
