Please don't ever think you can legally purchase a Microsoft Product Key for $10. I might could see a 10% discount but not a 90% discount on software less than a year old.

You can't even buy a Win 2K OS for that price. My recent Pro Anytime Upgrade was a little under $100. $10 is too cheap for Windows 7, sorry.

I think the question is "System". Which means the complete hardware setup. Unless he used the wrong terminology.

IF you want to buy a good "system" I would purchase either an Acer, Lenovo, or Asus.

You can find them at online e-tailers such as Newegg, Tiger Direct, etc.

If you want to go to a local retailer I would try Wal-Mart, Frys Electronics, Best Buy.
