C++ Builder 6 Professional Compatibility

Will Builder 6 be compatible with 64 bit Windows 7?
How about 32 bit Windows 7?
Does it make any difference to which older operating systems can use the programs that come out on these systems?
How about C++ Builder 2010 professional?
