Both were Related to nordecr.sys Nordea NCR1 SmartCard Reader from Todos Data System AB. Yours from October 2007. Needs updating.

Other things that may be contributing

Your AVG. If the above doesnt fix it I would remove AVG and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials at least to test.
