BSOD while gaming (Page Fault In Nonpaged Area)

While playing Battlefield 3 sometimes I get BSODs. I will either get them within 20 minutes of each other, other times not at all.
Here is a RAR file with my last 2 minidumps.

System specs are in my profile.

I have ran Memtest and windows memory test a few times for at least 2 hours each.
No problem there.
I have ran Prime 95, S&M FPU overnight.
No problem there as well.
I have also fan Furmark for 2 hours.
And again, no problem.

1.Update your video card drivers. Never get drivers from Windows Update
2. run sfc /scannow (as administrator) in cmd
3. run chkdsk /r /f (let it run 5 passes) in cmd as admin
