I have a machine, a Dell Latitude E6420, running Windows 7 Professional 64bit. It is in a corporate environment and we use an image for all the units. This machine was imaged and did not have any issues until after the user logged into it. Now, when ever she shuts down or restarts her pc, she gets a BSOD. None of the other units that we have imaged have this issue. I have checked and all of the current windows updates are installed as we push them via WSUS. All drivers are installed properly and are the latest version. Attached are the minidump files.

minidumps did not get attached. Please try again and make sure they are in a zip file.

Welcome to the W7 forums.

It appears that siserial.sys is causing your problems.

It is quite old, can you update it or remove / uninstall it?

Hope this helps.
