BSOD or Freeze w/artifacts while gaming

Dump attached. Plase help.

Any other info I should include? Temps are fine everywhere, GPU is never over 55*C. It is at 99% load according to GPU-Z. I deal w/ground herbs and there is dust, but it's not significant IMO and I was under the impression dust issues carried temp issues. Driver is up to date on the GPU...

Typically caused by a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error.

I would run chkdsk to start.

A- CHKDSK /R /F:

Run CHKDSK /R /F from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt. Do this for each hard drive on your system. When it tells you it can't do it right now - and asks you if you'd like to do it at the next reboot - answer Y (for Yes) and press Enter. Then reboot and let the test run. B- Elevated Command Prompt:

Will do. Thanks for the help! Sometimes the freeze comes w/out BSOD and it's just checkerboard artifacts.

Which just happened

And the DMP files are where?

No dmp file. No BSOD. The screen goes checkerboard w/artifacts and is unresponsive, forcing a reboot. If there's a log file generated when that happens that you'd like to see let me know the name. I appreciate the help once again.

You can also check in event viewer to see if there are any errors logged there.

To check for freezing/crashing you need to check several things.

1-Event viewer.
