Hi all,

I'm having a mare with BSOD crashes at the moment. They mostly seem to happen when I'm using Facebook but that might just be a coincidence.

Could someone have a look at my minidump files and see if there is anything I can do to stop it happening?

Thanks
crobbie

OK, as with all faults you should start with updating any drivers for your computer.
In this case get the service tag from underneath the laptop and put that information into this site: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriversHome/NeedProductSelection

I did see a couple of "Urgent" updates for Vostro 130, but yours is a 131. So the service tag will get you to the right place on the Dell support site.

Once you have updated all the drivers let us know.

Hope this helps.
