maybe virus, maybe hijack?

Both IE8 and Google Chrome repeatedly and constantly try to open cinsay.com
whenever I click any link or type in any url.

I added 127.0.0.1 cinsay.com to hosts but no change, in fact it never made
the connection prior to that.

I ran a search on cinsay in the Registry and got nothing.

When I go to cinsay.com on another computer it seems like a legit site.

Any clues?????

You are absolutely right! Thanks!
I didn't do it but something turned on the Proxy server under LAN settings and
it was set to 174.121.62.196, the IP for cinsay.com

Now I wonder what?

Thanks again

Malware - run some scans, you'll find something.
