Broken textures / Blue screen etc

Basicly to make a long story short:
When i'm playing video games, sometimes even when i'm working on microsoft word, my pc just lags, textures gets broken / messed up, i get blue screen of death and am forced to reboot my pc.
Most of the time i can use my pc flawless after rebooting it, but lately, more than twice a day i get the blu screen of death and am unable to reboot my pc without getting this blu screen again.

I attached a file with the crash information as i read that it was necesarry on some other topic.

My question:

Is there a "simple" fix for this or do i need to replace some of my hardware componoments?

New bug:
Trying to do ANYTHING that requirs some power from my video card, like watching youtube videos, makes my pc lag and weird textures appear on my screen, if i close this application fast enough i can still use my pc.
If not, i get blue screen of death and can't reboot for about 10 minutes.
Checked the temperature, was normal.
Just going to buy a new one i guess..

I can't read crash dumps so I haven't looked at that but ...
Make sure you are running the latest video drivers for your card.

Yes i am running the latest update available. ( obviously lol )
