Batch File Backup + Context Menu

Hey guys.
Right. So, as you guys know, I make websites. This means that I often make major changes to file, and thus, I want to make backups of those files before making those major changes.

How could I add an option to my context menu which would "backup" the files to a location? I guess making a batch would be easy (I can do it) - but how would I intergrate into my context menu?
