Audio Clicks and Pops when moving Windows around

Hello all,


I updated my XP to Windows 7 and also upgraded my video card to the HD4350. My issue is my sounds clicks and pops. This happens when iTunes is up and playing. Interesting is when I minimize iTunes it plays fine. Also, when I switch to equalizer view it gets really bad.

Also happens if I move a window around on the screen or scroll. I thought it was sound related but this seems like a video issue. I appreciate your help.

Also, I used DPC Latency checker. I disconnected my audio device and drivers. Latency would spike even opening a new window or moving them around.
