Now don't get me wrong nVidia are great cards, but i like ATI so as a good M8 of mine is buying my two ATI 4890s I want to go for the new ATI Radeon HD 5870 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card ... but its pre order atm ! , looked at three hardware sites i use and it looks like i will have to wait, ordered a few mins ago and they will let me know via e-mail when the card is in/dispatched, i just hope its not to long ...

Will do Clifford but it will now be with a HIS ATI Radeon 5970 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (I'm fed up with waiting and just found the 5970s in stock !) just ordered now I'm skint again for a bit but think i will be happy with this offering from ATI

Are the games DX11 compliant?
You may not notice much difference.
I am curious to know if you notice any difference.

The 5970 is so powerful that it's CPU limited by every CPU currently on the market. I wish I were making that up. ;D

That's making me drool just thinking about one card being better than a crossfire config with 2 4890's
