[SOLVED] Annoying Boot-up Message!!!

Can anyone tell me where this message is coming from?
Just after the POST, I get the first "Staring Windows"screen, and then I get a message saying

"???Program not found....???Skipping Autocheck?"

Then Windows starts normally. Been getting it for a few weeks, but just not sure what I was playing with beforehand.
Could it be Diskchecker or something like that?

Sorry, solved.
AVG PC Tuneup interfered with the boot-up.
I edited the registry back to the default chkdsk.
