Add on failed to run

when browsing web, certain websites i get message at bottom saying add on failed to run.

What web site?

IE9, i get it on several websites when looking up things. doesnt saay what kind of add on. probably an active x.

Well try to disable all the add-ons, restart IE, then go back to the site and see what happens.

did, same thing. message comes up as: a add on for website failed to run,

Try updating Flash from Adobe's site.

Out of nowhere it seemed, I too started getting those same exact popups....I went to manage my add-ons and disabled the "skype click to call" and I haven't seen it again.

dont have skype bassfisher. adobe flash player is up to date, some games on pogo.com uses flash player.
will try get screen shot later today.
