Add Custom Recovery Tool to "System Recovery Options" Menu

Hello All,
I am looking for a Windows 7 Recovery solution,
Environment:
1. Windows 7
2. Windows 7 OPK Tools
3. Pen drive (bootable pen drive)

Problem:
I am unable to add, Cutomized Recovery tool to Windows 7 "System Recovery Options" Menu.

I customized according to rules specified in the OPK documentation. by editing the install.wim or winre.wim files, add added following files to root directory of the mounted wim
1. Provided WinREConfig.xml
2. placed custom exe file and xml file at x:\sources\recovery\tools folder

and finally I made my pen drive as bootable with this prepared wim file, and booted with this drive, I got "System Recovery Tools" but I am unable to see the my tool at "System Recovery Options" menu.

Can any one help me out to get the solution.
Please its very urgent....
