I have suddenly, after two years with Win 7 64 bit, started to receive the
following message whenever I run a video file.

Windows Security Warning
'Do you want to allow software such as ActiveX controls and plug-ins to
run?'

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this message?
I have tried getting into the security bits of the Control Panel, but cannot
find anything to deal with it.
