acer aspire 5552g can't connect to router via wireless

Laptop can see the signal but can't connect to netgear wgr614v9 via
wireless. what can be the problem except wrong passkey. OS is win7
ultimate x86. i can't provide further information because of my limited
knoweledge of english.

So what makes you think you could understand a reply in English?
try resetting the router

Temporarily disable encryption to see if that's the issue.

Try the laptop with a different access point, like at a coffee shop or
library, to make sure it works.

Try a different laptop with your router to make sure the router works.

Some routers have a reset button. It is usually inside a hole on the
back of the device so that it won't happen accidentally.

If there's no button, you can also try unplugging the router from power
and waiting 30 seconds before plugging it back in.

Sometimes it helps to reset the modem as well.

Hold down the reset button for 30 seconds or more.
