I've installed the 32bit version of Win7 but would like to give the 64bit
version a try as my processor can handle it . I'd do this a clean install
of course but having registered the 32bit version would I be allowed to
install the 64bit using the same license ? It's the full version of Win 7
Ultimate (not an OEM). Thanks

I did this when I had Vista/U. For a few years I ran 32-bit and since I had
the 64-bit disc also, I installed that and used my key that I used for the
32-bit. Activation was never a problem.

Jim - just to let you know i tried it and it worked perfectly thanks again
for your advice.
