I've used Winbuilder to create Win PE boot disks.
You can use Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit to create your boot disk.
More info here:

http://winbuilder.net/help

P.S. If you must use a sig then do us all a favour and cut yours
down to a sensible size.

<snipped the long off-topic fluff signature>

Maybe you're not the Ant that I've seen posting for a long time in
Usenet. That one knows the netiquette for max length of a signature is
4 lines. Of course, in the vast majority of cases, the signature is
duplicated information, like repeating the name already shown in the
From header or ego-stroking fluff that is off-topic (hence spam) to the
topic and newsgroup, so consider not adding a signature at all.

Thankfully many newsreaders have an option to strip out signature fluff.

Yes, I've known the English Ant for years. He's been really helpful at
times, and his style is mature and very approachable.
This "Ant" is an egomaniac nutter.

Though I agree with much of what you say, "off-topic" <> spam,
especially where signatures are concerned. As long as the post itself
is on-topic, no harm, no foul. I do wonder about those who put ascii
art into signatures though, since so many readers use proportional
fonts these days, making hash of the "cute little <whatever>".

Oh come on! Give some of us a break! I have over a dozen computers here.
And I use the sig to let me know (and for anybody else who cares) which
computer I posted from. Thus if I find a post of mine all screwed up or
something, I know where it came from.

I have to admit, I do get annoyed when people quotes me and quotes the
sig too. That I don't need (and nobody else does either). I edit them
out if I reply to them though. ;-)
