64 Bit Windows 7 how do you change it to 32 bit

How do you change the 64 Bit into the 32 bit version. My HP came loaded with the 64 bit version. Is there a way to revert to the 32 bit version of windows 7. I have a program called Saon operations 3.0 that will not run.

You cannot revert to a 32 bit Windows 7. You'll have to do a clean install, that's the only way to do it.

Did you get Windows 7 install discs with the new computer?

Your Windows 7 Genuine Product Key for the 64 bit will work for the 32 bit also.
