I'll be getting a new work computer that will have Win7 64-bit
(replacing my 10-year old Win2K system!) I work from home and use a
Sonicwall client. Unfortunately, I also have some old software,
including a few DOS programs, I occasionally use.

I was wondering how well, if at all, an XP Mode VM (or other Windows VM)
will work with a Sonicwall client running for the main computer. Will
the VM see the corporate network, or will it need it's own Sonicwall
connection?

I assume a Cisco VPN client may be similar.

You will need the 64 bit client from sonicwall.
