Hey gang. Made an image when I was running 32 bit. Just loaded 64 bit.

How on earth do I get it to load the image from the 32 bit to get my settings back ? When I run the restore option it says cannot find a backup, but I have the image saved on my external. Can it not be done ?

If you made an image, more than likely it is in ISO format. Plus you can't mix 32 bit image with a 64 bit OS.

How big is the image? What format is it in?

A bit less than 14 gigs.

It's the built in windows backup image maker.
