I'm running Windows XP SP3 but can't figure out if I need to run the 32 or 64 bit Windows 7. Any advise? Thanks.

Welcome to the forums! Your system specs will determine which version of Windows 7 you should run, so if you can post them here we can take a look for you .

You can also install the Windows 7 upgrade advisor on your system, which should give you lots more detail on compatible hardware and which bit versions you'll be able to run:

If you're running Windows XP with Service Pack 3, then you're a 32-bit system.

Windows XP 64-bit only had two service packs released for it. XP 64-bit was more advanced when it came out so the SP3 was not needed.

However, double-check your hardware and see if it can handle thte 64-bit Windows 7.

Yeah, more than likely! I just love it when I... oh never mind! LOL!

He'll probably be back when the system has gone F.U.B.A.R. on him... meanwhile back at the ranch Sky King and Penny are warming up the Songbird for another adventure this Saturday morning.
