I've just bought a new computer with Windows 7 x 64bit, to run some business software, however I now discover the software only works in 32 bit.
Can I change the software from 64bit to 32 bit, without extra cost, or are there reasons why my computer not run 32bit anyway?
Any help gratefully received !!

Your computer will run Windows 32-bit. However it will require a fresh install of windows, there is not a toggle from one bit version to the other.

Good news; you can use the same activation key for either version, you can change versions without it costing anything.
Bad news; any preinstalled applications that came on the PC may be lost.

Links to 32-bit W7 SP1 can be found HERE. x86 = 32-bit. Be sure to get the same version (Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate) that you currently have.
