well fallout 1 and 2 work fine now using the unofficial xteam patch for fallout 1 and kilalp's unoffical patch for fallout 2 plus the hi res patches for 1 and 2 really all you need are the high res patches they let you run in 16bit color mode compared to 8 original, wich is what ithink casue the older 2d 256 color games like startcraft eyc etc to rainbow

any who for fallout 1 and 2, remember regular/unofficial patches then the Hi res patch goes last.

Fallout 1

Fallout v.1.3.4 patch by TeamX (unofficial)

Fallout1 High Resolution Patch 1.3

Fallout 2

Killap's Unofficial Fallout 2 Patch (US/UK - installer)

Fallout2 High Resolution Patch 2.0c

I found a Hi Res patch for C&C1 and it still rainbows. I heard rainbows usually happen with web browser in the back ground i always have firefox portable running. Now if blizzard would make check box for 8&16 bit color and hi res that would be sweet.
